These terms govern your use of the ZhuzhUp extension and website. By using ZhuzhUp, you agree to them.
ZhuzhUp lets you leave comments and make visual edits on websites in your browser and compile that feedback into a brief. Visual edits are a preview shown in your own browser; ZhuzhUp does not modify anyone's actual website or code.
You keep ownership of the comments and feedback you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display that content back to you and to people you share it with.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
ZhuzhUp is currently free while in early access, with a monthly limit on compiled briefs. Paid plans are not yet available. When they are, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged.
ZhuzhUp is provided "as is," without warranties. It is early software and may change, break, or be unavailable at times. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
To the extent permitted by law, ZhuzhUp and its maker are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because visual edits are previews only, you are responsible for reviewing any change before it is implemented in real code.
